Preparation
- Remove the tsoureki from the carton box and leave it at room temperature for at least 2hours until it is completely defrosted. Caution! Do not remove the plastic baking bag.
- Place it on a baking tray without removing the baking bag.
- Preheat the fan oven to 150ο C.ο C.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Allow the tsoureki to cool down.
- Remove the baking bag and place the tsoureki on a platter for glazing.
Note: Temperature and baking time may vary depending on the oven and baking method.
For the Glaze:
A. Option
- BAIN MARIE. Open the glaze sachet and pour the pieces into a bowl. Place the bowl in a bain-marie (hot water), ensuring no water gets into the bowl. Stir the contents until melted -smooth.
Β. Option
- Microwave oven Open the glaze sachet and pour the pieces into a microwave safe container. Heat for 20-30 seconds, stir, and repeat for 15-20 seconds until melted-smooth.
Pour the glaze over the tsoureki and enjoy!
