Preparation
- Take the cookies out of the freezer and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Let them defrost at room temperature for 1 ½ hours.
- Optionally, brush the top surface with egg and garnish with grated kefalotyri cheese or raw nuts (almonds,hazelnuts, etc)
- Bake in a preheated fan oven at 160ο Cο for about 30 minutes.
Note: Temperature and baking time may vary depending on the oven and baking method.
