Preparation
- Take the cookies out of the freezer and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Let them defrost at room temperature for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
- Optionally, brush the top surface with egg and bake in a preheated fan oven at 160οο for 25-20 minutes.
